This course will develop your confidence and ability to think and reason mathematically. Our structured classes will give you number skills to apply to your work and everyday life. Throughout the course you will learn how to effectively use tools like calculators, problem solving strategies, making estimates and connections between different areas of mathematics. This is a classroom based course and your tutor will provide both group and individual support to help you achieve your goals. As the course is quite intensive, you will need to make time for study outside the classroom for about an hour per week.
